Jason Klopf / Co-founder and Construction Manager
Jason is a highly motivated construction manager, with over 15 years’ experience in the industry.
Jason is responsible for overseeing all projects to ensure their successful and timely completion. He possesses a robust work ethic, a keen eye for detail, strong team management skills, and a focus on client satisfaction, quality, safety and environment.
His experience is incredibly diverse, including managing federal, state and local government projects across metro, regional and remote environments, as well as supervising multi – million-dollar luxury home renovations and rebuilds for private clients.
Jason’s extensive skillset means he has an impressive approach to projects regardless of its complexity or scale. He has the ability to build and manage a team under any environment and work closely with stakeholders at all levels in the construction industry.
Sienna Coleman / Co-founder and Operations Manager
Sienna’s family originates from the Northern coastal areas of New South Wales with family ties to Gumbaynggirr and Bundjalung Country.
Holding a Bachelor of Communications, Sienna has worked for some of the country’s largest construction and facilities management firms, as well as state government, corporate and private clients.
Her professional experience brings a unique skillset to the business and the construction industry. Her role at Klopf Constructions is to manage the operations, communications and administration of the business; ensuring all processes, procedures, back of house and the team are operating at maximum efficiency.
